General Policies
All photos are signed and numbered. Once the total number of authorized photographs have been made, no other signed editions will be printed and the negative will be destroyed.
Each photograph is accompained by a Certificate of Authenticity which includes the narrative accompanying each image.
We normally ship in 2-3 days from the time your order is received. In all cases, your order will be confirmed with a shipping date and method.

Return Policies
If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it for a full refund up to 30 days from the day it is shipped. Beyond that time, call for instructions.
Please notify us immediately (within 24 hours) of any damage to an item upon its receipt.

Pielsticker Photos will not share customer lists with any other entity. Credit card information will be kept strictly private and secure.
