These seemingly-abstract images are created from patterns in the surface layer of ice found on a lake in winter. Every few years, weather and (generally black-) ice conditions combine to offer new images for the making. These photographs are not computer generated or manipulated. However, I have adjusted the color on several to be consistent within a group of images. From 35mm transparencies using a macro lens and mirror-reflected natural light. Available in 9x14" or 13x20" as well as oversize. Edition sizes: 95, 95, and 45.
